We are a small family business in Norwich, but our love for pizza began long before we arrived here.

 

Our journey started back in 1980, in a little kiosk in Italy called “Panino Pizza”, where our family discovered a lifelong passion for pizza and italian street food.

What began as a humble "chiosco" grew into a cozy restaurant in Italy and in 2016, brought us to Norwich with a dream to continue our tradition.

For over 50 years, Mamma has poured her heart into perfecting every recipe—stretching the dough by hand, crafting rich sauces, and baking pizzas with patience and love. Her dedication is the secret behind every bite at Saporita.

Today, we proudly serve pizza by the slice baked in a pan, along with freshly made focaccia, panzerotto, piadina, and generous Italian taglieri. At Saporita, our passion for pizza lives in every slice, offering a true taste of Italy in the warm, welcoming heart of Norwich.
